AODA
AODA stands for Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. Government of Ontario passed into law the Ontarians with Disabilities Act in 2001. This requires organizations of a certain size in both public and private sector to adopt practices that eliminate barriers for people touched by disabilities to enable them to have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. This act is committed to creating a barrier-free workplace. The web content needs to conform to WCAG 2.0 standards.
