WCAG

Web Content Accessibilities Guidelines are a set of universally accepted technical specifications that explains how digital content can be made accessible and understood by people touched by disabilities. Following the guidelines of WCAG would allow content to be accessible to those with a various types of disorders including blindness, colorblindness, dyslexia, ADHD, speech disabilities, limited movement, cognitive limitations and others. It includes 12 guidelines which conform to the four principles of being Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust. There are three levels which are A, AA, AAA.
